Lakeside Palace Hotel, Hanoi

During my stay, I found the large triple room to be quite spacious, perfectly accommodating three people with ease. The room featured a king-sized bed along with a twin bed, providing comfort and ample space for relaxation. The air conditioning worked great, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit.

I really enjoyed the breakfast during my stay. The hotel offered a good spread including traditional dishes such as chicken noodle soup, fried rice, and noodles. I particularly loved the ability to order eggs made to my liking, and the rice porridge with various toppings was a good touch to start the day!

I appreciated the variety of entertainment features available. The cable TV provided us with multiple viewing options after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel provided bottled water and an electric kettle for instant coffee and tea, which was a lovely way to unwind in the evening.

While the spacious triple room featured an old bathtub that was quite high and challenging to climb into, I appreciated the amenities provided. However, the hot water controls did leave room for improvement, as they could get dangerously hot. Keeping this in mind, I recommend other guests to exercise caution when using the shower.
